One change to one part of your site. It can be a page title, a heading, a meta description (the short summary Google can show under your link), image alt text (the words that describe an image to Google and to screen readers), better wording in copy you already have, a broken link fixed, or a change that helps Google find and read a page. Starter covers five a week.
Every change we make is in your portal: what it was, why it was made, and when it was done. Your numbers sit beside the work, with a plain note on what each one means for your goals. On the 1st of each month, a summary of the month before arrives by email. Every past week stays in your portal.
If you cancel, we stop collecting data about your site. We keep your account and website data for 3 years after you cancel, then we delete it on request, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. On Starter, we also remove our access to your website, Analytics and Search Console within 14 days, and ask you to remove it too. The changes we made are on your own site, and they are yours once the month they belong to is paid for.

What we will never do to your site
We follow search engines' published guidelines. These nine tactics are off limits:
Buying links, link schemes, private blog networks or paid guest-post rings.
Keyword stuffing: cramming terms into copy until it stops reading like English.
Hidden or invisible text: white on white, text behind images, 1px fonts.
Cloaking: showing Google one version of a page and you another.
Doorway pages: throwaway pages built for a search engine that no real customer would want to land on.
Spun, scraped or low-quality filler passed off as content.
Sneaky redirects: sending a visitor somewhere other than the page they clicked.
Expired-domain tricks: buying a dead website for the reputation it used to have.
