One bigger fix, written down and quoted first

An SEO Project is one set piece of work on your site, chosen from a short list, quoted before it starts and billed on its own.

Projects are bought inside your portal. Start with a free Lite subscription.

Four set projects

Pick from four set projects, each with a written scope.

Listings and Business Profile cleanup

For a business that is missing from directories, or whose Google Business Profile is thin.

Page-speed fix

For pages that load slowly on a phone.

Site health cleanup

For a long list of things to fix across your site, worked through together as one project.

AI answers readiness

For a business that AI answer tools don't mention.

Every project comes in three options: Basic, Standard and Full.

Where a project comes from

A project starts from something already found, or from something you ask for.

Your audit

If the audit points to a larger piece of work, it can be quoted as a separate project.

Your Starter strategy and work

On Starter, your strategy can suggest a project, and so can a fix that turns out to be too big for your regular optimizations.

You ask

Request a project from your portal, and we turn it into a quote.

How buying a project works

Pick a project and an option. We send a quote, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Every quote is written out in your portal before you approve anything. Here is what it covers.

1

What it's for. The goal the work serves, and what we expect it to do.

2

Scope. What is included, and what is not.

3

Milestones. Each one says what finished looks like, and you sign off each one.

4

What we need from you. Some projects need things from you, like access to an account or photos. The quote lists them.

5

Assumptions and risks. What the plan depends on, and what would move a date.

6

The price, line by line. The scope, each choice you made about speed and involvement, and any add-ons we provide, each with its own price.

Priced by quote.

There is no charge for a quote you decline.

Your quote shows the options side by side, with the one we recommend marked.

Choose how fast and how involved you want to be. The quote shows what each choice adds, and you can change them before you approve.

Pay half when you approve the quote and half when you sign off the last milestone.

Later changes to our prices don't change a quote we've already sent.

Follow the work, step by step

Example: what a finished project was expected to do, with its results still to be measured.

Follow the project milestone by milestone in your portal, and sign off each one.

Each milestone includes one round of changes. Further rounds are priced in your quote.

If you ask for a change, it comes back to you with what it does to the price and the dates.

Every finished project is measured against what it was for: what we expected it to do, and what changed. You see both in the same portal.

About 30 and 90 days after the project is complete, we measure what changed and show you in your portal.

We don't promise a result.

Good to know

What a project does not include

A project is billed on its own, separate from any subscription.

Some add-ons, such as photography, come from an outside partner who quotes you directly.

Already on Starter?

Some work is bigger than your subscription's regular optimizations. That is what a project is for.

A project works alongside your subscription, never instead of it.
